Northwest Lancaster County River Trail Marietta, PA

I arose from bed thinking if I should or should not capture autumn images. At this point, I didn't know if there would still be good color or not. It was also early November and a little windy.

Out I went though and I'm so glad that I did!

Once again, I found myself wondering around the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail. It's a nice place to go when you want to take a step back and observe good ole nature.

It didn't take long for me to compose my first image of the outing. Leaves of all colors - gold, orange, green, and yes brown covered the ground, and the paved trail. The colors were fading, but autumn color was still there.

Noticing the grey rock, and using my wide angle lens, I got down low to the ground and captured a few photos. I purposely left out the grey sky. Overcast skies at times, will not enhance the photos. This was one of those times.
